If you are unable to collect or return your wheelchair hire from our Harrogate store, did you know we offer a drop off and collection service?

This wheelchair rental service is ideal for anyone that can't collect or return their wheelchair hire from our store during our open hours.

Our drop off and collection service operates up to 10am and after 4pm Monday to Saturday's (exc. Sundays and Bank Holidays) advanced bookings by appointment only. Please mention this at the time of placing your booking.

Staying in one of the regions local Hotels?

If you are looking forward to a short stay in one of the regions many hotels and travelling by car or coach, it's not always practical to bring your own wheelchair.

So why not book our wheelchair rental service and have it waiting for you when you check-in?

We can drop off your wheelchair hire at your hotel before you arrive and we'll even collect it after you have checked out.

We drop off and collect from most of the regions local hotels in and around Harrogate, Ripon and Knaresborough every week, but please mention this to reception prior to check-in, so they know to expect your wheelchair and can keep it safe for you.

You've booked a short break in a beautiful holiday cottage and the car is packed ...but there's no room for your wheelchair!

We can drop off and collect your wheelchair hire from your holiday accommodation, providing there is someone at the property to receive it and there to release it from your care, at check out.

How our drop off and collection service works

So you benefit from a full day's wheelchair hire, we schedule our wheelchair rental service drop off and collection before 10am and after 4pm Monday to Saturday (exc. Sundays and Bank Holidays). Our drop off and collect service is by appointment only, so if you wish to book this, please mention it at the time of booking. You'll find our charges on the relevant landing page on the Local Hire drop down menu.

Can you drop off and deliver anywhere?

Not exactly anywhere... But if you wish to book our wheelchair rental service and don't see your wheelchair hire drop off and delivery location on our website, you may still be able book this service. Use the town closest to you from our drop down menu and we'll charge a pence per mile from the town centre. As with all our drop off and collection bookings this must be booked in advance as geographical restrictions may apply..
