HOW TO GET OUR BEST RATES...
Did you know?
Our best rates are booking in advance.
To benefit from our best rates, your booking must be made no later than 7 working days prior to your proposed start date.
We have a minimum 2 day hire fee (to cover you for the weekend) as we are closed Sundays (inc. Triwalkers and Rollators that are booked in advance). Every subsequent day is then charged at the weekly day rate of the product.
The longer term of hire, the better the day rate.
Our £10.00 per day rate as advertised, is based upon min 3 day hire and maximum 7 day hire and excludes accessories, VAT and/or delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot reserve wheelchair(s) without taking your booking and payment first, as this guarantees you the availability and drop off and collection service (if also booked).
Any bookings made or confirmed within 7 working days of the hire start date will be subject to our standard rate.
If you wish to book our drop off and collection service with your hire, we recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
During busy periods this popular service can sell out quickly, as we cover most of the hotels in the region.
For much longer term hire there will come a point when we can sell you a wheelchair cheaper, and we will always offer you the most cost effective option first. Please consider that our hire fleet are premium wheelchairs and should not be confused with inferior models.
