If you are looking for lightweight wheelchair hire, most people think of a self-propel wheelchair. But, if the user has no wish to propel themselves and requires someone to push them, an attendant push transit chair can be more suitable.
Attendant push wheelchairs have smaller wheels at the back, which make it easier to store or transport. The brakes are controlled by the person pushing, whilst locking or parking brakes can still be applied when stationery.
